I was very hesitant about purchasing a Warranty like this but since I purchasing a used computer from Ebay I thought it was worth the risk. It was unfortunate that I had to use the warranty but was VERY HAPPY with the service I received. I submitted a ticket one day and everything was taken care of within only a few days. I am already planning on using them again for the new computer we got as well as a replacement camera.

I started my warranties with Square Trade in the fall of 2008 when Circuit City had their problems. Even though Circuit City transferred their warranties to another company I didn't feel comfortable with that arrangement. I priced the warranty I had through Square Trade and I found that the CC one was over double for an equivalent one through Square Trade, so I canceled my warranty from Circuit City and got a refund of $169.00. Square Trades warranty was about $100 less than that. I also got purchased a warranty through Square Trade on a refurbished Dell Desktop that I purchased on EBAY. The cost of that warranty was very affordable, $47 for a $300 Computer. I was glad that I got the warranty. The Dell refurbished computer that I purchased in November 2008 Crashed with a serious Mother Board problem that was to costly to repair. Square Trade cut me a check for the original purchase price of the computer, $300, and I had the $ in my posession in a little less than 2 weeks. What Great Service!!! I now have all of my warranties through Square Trade. Thanks Square Trade for living up to your name. You are Great!!!
